Quick Delicious Pareve Fruit Knishes

These little fruit tarts were a huge hit at Rosh Hashanah and they could not be easier!!!

Ingredients
Peppridge Farm Puff Pastry
Pareve canned fruit pie filling (any flavor)
Directions
- Take Puff Pastry out of package and thaw at room temperature for 20-30 minutes
- Unroll Puff Pastry and cut each rectangle into 6 squares
- Put 1-2 tsp of fruit pie filling in middle of each square
- Pull each corner of square over fruit filling on diagonal and on top twist top of puff pastry
- Put knishes on baking sheet and freeze for 35 minutes
- 30 minutes before serving, take knishes out and place in preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy
