This is the best noodle pudding ever. I make it and give it to my kids for breakfast before school or it is fabulous at brunch. I make these in cup cake pans and freeze and pop in microwave for kids.

Ingredients
1 package cream cheese
16 oz cottage cheese
1 stick margarine melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
8 ozs egg noodles
Directions
- Mix all ingredients on low speed until blended.
- Drain noodles and mix with above mixture.
- Pour into either cup cake pan or 11 X 7 pyrex
- Bake at 350 30-40 minutes for pyrex; 20 minutes for cup cakes.
