We got this version of noodle pudding from my mother-in-law and it is a favorite when our family gets together

Ingredients
1 lb of egg noodles
1/4 lb melted butter
5 eggs
1/2 C sugar
1 lb cottage cheese
1 pint sour cream
3/4 C milk
1/4 t salt
1 C white raisins
3/4 C corn flake crumbs
1 t cinnamon
1/4 C brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook noodles according to package directions and drain well. Stir in melted butter.
- Combine eggs, sugar, cottage cheese, and sour cream and mix on high until well blended.
- Slowly add milk, salt and raisins while mixing.
- Fold noodles into mixture and stir until evenly mixed.
- Grease 2 9"X13" cake pans and divide mixture between them.
- Top with mixture of corn flake crumbs, cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Bake for 1 hour.

To serve a noodle kuggle with meat we used to use chicken fat. Since there are no more fat chickens to do that with, I use margarine with some salt and if you like pepper, do it. Add a couple eggs to moisten. Then we made it like a pineapple upside down cake with the cherries, too. Kids loved it and still remember.
