Ingredients
Dough
1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup of flour
2 eggs beaten
2 tablespoons water
dash of vanilla
Fillings
can filling, jam, jelly, or anything you want.  A great Pareve Chocolate filling is below just mix together:
1 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup coffee rich (or other pareve non-dairy creamer)
Directions
- Mix together 1 package yellow cake mix, 1 cup of flour, two tablespoons of water and a dash of vanilla.
- Mix together, add more water if needed. It will form a ball, turn onto table, put confectioners sugar down roll to 1/8 inch thickness.
- Make circles out of dough, add favorite filling to middle, pinch together top and bottoms to form triangle.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, watch carefully, may need more or less time depending on stove.
- Hamantaschen ready when golden. Cool on rack and store in airtight containers.
