
Blender Cottage Cheese Cake

I have had this recipe for years. It's so easy and quick , light and lovely and perfect for a dairy meal dessert. Anyone can make this special dessert!

Ingredients
1 small pkg kosher gelatin, lemon flavor
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups large curd cottage cheese
1, 8 oz tub parve whipped topping
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
graham cracker crumbs, or cookie crumbs
margarine or butter
Directions
- grease a 9 xx 12 inch oblong pan with butter or margaine
- Dust pan liberally with the graham cracker or cookie crumbs
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
- Place gelatin mixture in a blender with 1 cup cottage cheese and blend high for 10 seconds
- Add the second cup of cottage cheese and blend high, 10 seconds again
- Turn mixture into a large bowl and fold in the whipped topping well
- Pour mixture in the crumb lined pan
- Top with the pie filling
- Chill very well, 4 or more hours etc. or until firm before cutting pieces from the pan
