Ingredients
20 ounces frozen peaches
12 ounces frozen blackberries
12 ounces frozen blueberries
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 and 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 and 1/3 cup flour
1 cup oats (I used regular, you could use the quick cooking)
2/3 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Cook berries, lemon juice and the 4 tablespoons of flour until mixture boils and thickens.
- Stir it frequently so it doesn't burn over medium heat.
- Spread into pan.
- I used a casserole dish.
- Mix the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt and then add the melted butter.
- Mix together until it crumbles and isn't too dry.
- Sprinkle over fruit and pat it down a bit.
- Bake 350 degrees about 40 minutes. Check after 35, you don't want the topping to burn.
- Top with whipped cream or ice cream (it was good without it
