Ingredients

Pastry
500g white flour
1/2 glass oil(+ or- 50ml)
salt
about 1/2 cup water

Knichiclech
1kg cooked potatoes and smashed like puree
1 egg
1 medium onion cut and fried
salt and pepper

Fluden (approximated)
grated walnuts (200g)
raisins (100g)
grated Brazilian nuts (200g)
grated old bread (50g)
sugar,oil and 1 lemon juice

Applestrudel
grated apple
bread flour
cinnamon
grated peel of 1 lemon
sugar

Directions

  1. Pastry
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and add the warm water slowly till the pastry don't glue in the hand. Put the pastry in the refrigerator for 30 min.
  3. Knichiclech
  4. Mix very well all the ingredients.
  5. Open the pastry very thin and cut squares, put the potatoes mix and close like a cylinder, roll it around the one of the extreme open side, the close the other when roll.
  6. Put oil in the baking tin and over the knichiclech, medium oven.
  7. Take them off when start the light brown colour (they remain to bake out the oven) brush with oil.
  8. Fluden
  9. Mix all the ingredients.
  10. Open the pastry very thin, put the mix and close. Do thin rolls, brush with oil and bake.
  11. Applestrudel
  12. Mix the ingredients.
  13. Open the pastry very thin and put the mix all
  14. over the pastry roll the pastry, brush oil and bake.
