Passover Mock Baklava
This sweet matzah dessert may be made with butter or margarine and resembles a layered dessert filled with nuts and fruit, plus a sweet syrup. Please note this should be prepared a day or two ahead of time so the matzah layers have a chance to get softened and soaked and sweetened. If you don't prepare in advance you may be disappointed since this dessert improves with age!
