Ingredients

1 lb. lamp stew meat
1 onion, diced
2 potatoes, diced large
2 tbl. parsley, chopped
3 carrots, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Boil lamb for 20 minutes then rinse with hot water.
  2. Add 3 cups fresh water, vegetables, parsley, salt and pepper and boil an additional 40 minutes or until meat is tender.
