Ingredients

1/2-3/4 lb. cottage cheese
4 eggs, well beaten
1t. butter
1/2 c. matzo meal
1/8 t. pepper

Directions

  1. Mix cheese with eggs, stir other ingredients in slowly. Drop by spoonfuls onto preheated griddle or fry pan. Fry in veg. oil till light brown on both sides. Serve with pancake syrup or sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
