Fried Fish Balls w/ Sweet Chilli Sauce

For adults and children too. Who doesn't like it anyway . . . Yes way, next recipe I will send will be fishballs in red sauce.

Ingredients

700-800 g fish fillet minced / finely chopped
1 / 2 cup chopped parsley
3-4 stalks green onions
1-2 eggs
1 chopped white onion
Oil for frying
1 cup matzo meal mixed with 2 tablespoons of flour / bread crumbs


1 / 3 cup sauce and sweet chili Czech
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Mix well chopped fish fillets, onion, eggs and parsley. Set aside.
  2. Make patties. Dip each patty into matzo meal mix and fry in deep oil.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients and serve .
