1 lb. tender meat (beef or lamb), cut in 1 inch cubes
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbs. oil


  1. Marinate meat in garlic and oil mixture for 1/2 hour.
  2. Remove and put meat on skewers.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place over charcoal or in broiler until nicely grilled.
