Chocolate Macaroons

I prefer the chocolate macaroons over all other flavors.

Ingredients

3 egg whites
7 ounces flaked coconut
1 cup sugar
2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1 tbs potato starch

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites well then gradually beat in sugar.
  2. Melt chocolate, and then add to egg mixture, along with potato starch and coconut
  3. Place walnut sized balls of mixture on baking sheet, evenly spaced
  4. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove to wire rack to cool then serve!
