1 whole cut-up chicken (8 pieces)
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder
3 tbs. dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbs. apricot jam


  1. Place chicken in one layer in large baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle paprika, pepper and curry powder evenly over chicken.
  3. Combine mustard, honey, lemon juice and jam in small bowl then apply to chicken.
  4. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours (time permitting)
  5. Bake chicken for one hour at 350 degrees (F), basting frequently.
