Ingredients

1/2 cup dates, pitted
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
2 cups apples, peeled and diced
1/4 cup sweet kosher wine
1 cup dried apricots

Directions

  1. Place the dates, apples and apricots in water and boil, covered, for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and add wine and coarsely chop in food processor,
  3. n a food processor until coarsely chopped.
  4. Add the chopped nuts and serve.
