Ingredients

2 tart apples, cored and chopped/grated
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup ground walnuts or almonds
Dash of ginger
3 tbl. wine

Directions

  1. Mix apple with the chopped nuts, cinnamon and ginger.
  2. Add enough wine to bind the mixture to a thick consistency.
