To double recipe, bake in 11-1/2x7-1/2x1-1/2 inch baking dish 25 minutes or till hot.

Ingredients

1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 3-ounce can (2 cups) chow mein noodles
1 6-1/2, 7 or 9-1/4 ounce can of tuna
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup salted toasted cashews
1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions

  1. Combine soup and 1/4 cup water
  2. Add 1 cup of chow mein noodles, the tuna, celery, cashews; toss lightly
  3. Place in ungreased 10x6x1-1/2 baking dish
  4. Sprinkle remaining noodles over the top
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or till heated through
  6. Garnish with mandarin orange sections (optional)
