Ingredients

3/4 pound whole smoked whitefish
1 large hard boiled egg, chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1 tbs. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Remove head and tail and de-bone fish.
  2. Shred fish making sure all bones are removed.
  3. Combine fish with eggs, celery and onion.
  4. Add juice, mayonnaise and pepper.
  5. Garnish with your preference of cucumber slices, lemon slices, capers, fresh dill or parsley.
