Ingredients

1 lb. cooked, drained noodles
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. heavy cream
1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 t. salt
dash of pepper
chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Heat butter and cream till butter is melted. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Stir till smooth. Add to drained noodles and toss till well coated. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
