Ingredients
1 lb. carrots, cooked and cut
1 stick margarine, melted
3 eggs
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
3 T. flour
1.t. baking powder
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 45 minutes in a 2-2 1/2 quart casserole dish
