12 eggs
1/2 lb. Nova, cut up
3 med. onion, diced
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
2 c. milk
salt & pepper, to taste


  1. Saute onions in 1/4 lb. butter or margarine till tender. Place in bottom of 9 x 13" Pyrex dish. Cut up nova and place over onions. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over nova and onions. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour or till golden brown. Serve immediately. Good Brunch dish.
