Baked Chicken with Herbs

Here's a quick and healthy chicken recipe that is low in fat and tasty!

1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast
1 tbsp. olive oil
6 tbsp. dry white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp. dried tarragon
2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes


  1. With a meat tendering hammer, gently pound chicken breast between two sheets of wax paper to flatten.
  2. Coat chicken with olive oil and place in a baking dish.
  3. Combine wine, lemon juice, herbs and pepper and coat chicken event on both sides.
  4. Cover baking dish (with foil) and bake 30 minutes at 350F, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  5. Enjoy!
